Think of the three biggest decisions you have made in your life, and then rate yourself out of 10 on each one (10 being a very good decision, 1 being very bad).

Now look at the weakest of those decisions and ask yourself:

What were the positives and negatives of the decision-making process you took in that instance?

In general, what are your weak points in decision-making and what can you do to change that?

Managing Emotions

In decision-making, one of the biggest challenges is that the emotions we are feeling in that moment override our good intelligence. Can you think of bad decisions you made when you were experiencing the following emotions:

What can you do when emotions are running high, so you don’t end up making a decision that you later regret?
