1) What has caused them to become such big fears for you? Can you relate it to previous experiences or interactions? How did you ‘learn’ this fear?

2) How much does that fear limit your experience of life? What are you currently doing to deal with that fear?

3) How would spiritual wisdom and practice help you to overcome your fear? Do you have any experience of this happening in your life?

Now try to think of one practical thing you can start doing from tomorrow in order to overcome each fear.
